If you are injured or become ill because of work, you must report the incident/illness to your manager/supervisor as soon as practicable and seek first aid treatment from Security Team as required.
As soon as possible an incident report must be completed Donesafe. You or your manager/supervisor and/or Security can assist with lodging an incident, and may do so on you behalf, if you are unable to.

Once an incident is reported, one of our Injury team members will contact you to offer support and assistance with accessing further treatment, provide you information on any entitlements, and manage your return to work and recovery.
