If you are injured or become ill because of work, you must report the incident/illness to your manager/supervisor as soon as practicable and seek first aid treatment from Security Team as required.

As soon as possible an incident report must be completed Donesafe. You or your manager/supervisor and/or Security can assist with lodging an incident, and may do so on you behalf, if you are unable to.
