Reporting an incident or hazard

It’s important when you identify a hazard, or are involved in an incident that you report the issue as soon as possible to your direct manager.

There may be times when you see something while on your way out of the building, or your manager may have asked you to complete a report. Incident and hazard reports can be made using the tablet available at the Safety Hub next to PitStop. Or you can use the links below to make a report now.
