Over the years, we’ve made great strides in improving our health and safety practices, showing our commitment to raising workplace standards. As we aim to further embed health and safety into our business culture, I’m pleased to introduce a renewed approach that includes a policy, program, strategy, and wellbeing framework. These form the foundation of our health and safety management system, supporting ongoing growth and improvement.

As our business undergoes significant changes, strengthening our proactive safety culture is more important than ever. Moving from a reactive to a proactive approach requires everyone’s effort. Before we finalise these renewed aspects of our health and safety system, we welcome your feedback to ensure they meet your expectations for health and safety at SkyCity.

Please take this opportunity to review our proposed updates to the following WHS documents (must be on a SkyCity PC to view), and provide your feedback via DoneSafe

–  Adelaide WHS Program (Consultation)

–  Our Adelaide Health & Safety Policy (Consultation)

–  SkyCity 5 Year WHS Strategy (Consultation)

–  SkyCity Psychological Safety & Wellbeing Framework (Consultation)

Consultation on these documents will be open until COB Tuesday 1 October. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Safety and Wellbeing team.
